The location is great. It’s next to the convention center, tanger outlets, and many restaurants! The breakfast was your average hotel complimentary breakfast but had a little bit of everything. I really did appreciate that they offered a “to go” bag for the breakfast bar. The hot tub was enjoyable but the indoor pool was a little cold. The hotel, room and bathrooms were very clean and the staff was friendly. I would definitely stay again

The property itself was very nice, and was very easy to check in. The front clerk was also very helpful and courteous.

They had a shuttle bus that dropped you off and picked you at restaurants and nearby attractions. The bedding and pillows were exceptionally comfortable.

The staff was exceptional. Mr Gigi the shuttle driver was such an amazing person. It was a pleasure driving around with him. I don't know the other shuttle driver's name but I want to commend him too. I also loved the daily housekeeping even though we kept our room clean. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus for those extra hot days. As always, the breakfast and kitchen staff was divine. Thanks everyone at the Holiday Inn for making our stay enjoyable and fun.

The room was comfortable over all with expected amenities. Nice breakfast with interesting automatic pancake machine and good variety of items. All the staff were accommodating especially Angel who was sweet and greeted us with a killer smile.

The location of the hotel was in the center of all the places we wanted to visit, making our drive time very little for the places we visited. The hotel staff were very nice and honored any request we had. The hotel room was very clean and had a nice fragrance in the room the entire 4 days that we were there. The breakfast offered was just right, nothing too have. We were able to enjoy itvand still head out to explore the city in a timely manner. We couldn't have asked for anything more!

Property lobby was clean and the room we stayed in was open and spacious enough for 4. Breakfast area was nicely set up. Wish there was more of a selection for breakfast.

Our room was COLD when we got there which was nice. There were some renovations going on, but still very clean. The bathrooms were clean, with no hairs in bed or on bathroom floors or walls, and plenty of towels. The lady at the front desk in the evenings was so helpful. The pool hours were nice and made it where we could actually enjoy it. We went down for breakfast one morning right at 10a when breakfast was ending and the breakfast staff continued to clean up but also continued to help us get whatever we needed to make sure we were able to eat. Very nice of them and they made us feel welcome to be there.

The afternoon we checked in, the staff was so helpful! Destiny was wonderful, and very informative of a lot of things in the north Charleston area. She was very helpful to say the least! We also took advantage of the free shuttle within a 5 mile radius, and that was wonderful.
